In December 2022 We Are Esports put on the X-MAS NBA2K23 Tournament, an offline tournament for the videogame NBA2K23, which was held at the same time and place as the international basketball X-Mas Tournament in Kortrijk.The NBA2K23 tournament consisted of four qualifiers to select our 4 semi finalists who would be competing for the title on the big screen of the basketball court in Kortrijk.

Together with Stad Kortrijk and the organisation of the annual international X-Mas basketball tournament, which takes place in Kortrijk, We Are Esports organised a series of gaming tournaments. More specifically, the game NBA2K23 was chosen for this tournament series to engage the local community but also the basketball, gaming and esport communities that love this game.
